Ingredients:
1 pkg lemon or yellow cake mix
1 pkg lemon instant pudding
1 cup (250 mL) cold water
½ cup Break-Free™ Omega 3 Or Break-Free™ liquid eggs (125 mL), well shaken
¼ cup (50 mL) vegetable oil
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Whisk for about 1 minute or until almost smooth. Pour into a greased 13”x9” (33cmx23cm) baking pan.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 35-40 minutes or until firm to touch. Let cool. Sprinkle with icing sugar, if desired.
