Ingredients:
Dressing
½ cup (125mL) bottled balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
2 tbsp (30mL) orange juice
1 tsp (5 mL) orange zest, optional
Salad
8 ounces (125 mL) fresh spinach
½ cup (125 mL) feta or goat cheese, crumbled
¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup (125 mL) Craisins® Sweetened Dried Cranberries
2 tbsp (30 mL) toasted sliced almonds, optional
Directions:
Wash spinach and tear into bite size pieces into a serving bowl. Add cheese and onion; toss to combine.
